We make very nice donuts for different donut shapes. Our dough has been very good. It is fermented to its full consistency. Internal mortar is also ready.

But we cannot decide how to shape it. We are always bored with the classic donut shapes of the same shapes.

We would like to give different shapes. If you want to make different pastry shapes, we have prepared a gallery for you like me, very nice pastry shapes.

I usually use instant yeast or fresh yeast for the dough. I do not use dry yeast or sour yeast.

For a successful yeast dough, the trick must first be that all ingredients are at room temperature. If no statement is used for the materials, use it at room temperature. If we use water or milk in our dough, let’s make sure it’s warm. Dough will not ferment well in cold or very hot milk or water.

It is fermented for instant yeast when it is poured directly into the dough, but it is necessary to activate wet yeast with warm water and some sugar. It is important to do it in the order given while mixing the materials. Salt and yeast should not be together. Someone needs to be thrown before or after the recipe. After finely kneading the dough, let it be fermented in a warm environment by covering it with a cloth, stretch film or cover. The fermented dough will swell. When you press it with your finger to understand that it is well fermented, it will be the old one, but we would have left its mark. Then our dough is well fermented. In the first swell, let’s knead again and get the gas. After this stage, you can optionally separate them into mops and ferment again. It is usually baked at 180 degrees after applying according to your recipe. I usually apply the following recipe.

Easy Dough Recipe

1 cup of warm milk
1 cup of warm water
1 water glass measure of oil
2 eggs (to be separated for one yolk)
1.5 tablespoons of sugar
1.5 teaspoons of salt
6-7 cups flour
Half a pack of yeast (your measurements may change according to the shortage of dough.)
Preparation: Let’s mix the liquid ingredients in the mixing bowl to make the dough. Let’s add sugar and salt into it later. Let’s add the yeast after stirring a little. Let’s add the flour slowly and make the dough soft in the earlobe. Let’s wait for the dough to cover and ferment. While the dough is fermented, you can prepare any mortar you wish. After placing the inner mortar and preparing the donuts, let’s wait for tray yeast for about 20 minutes. Let’s cook until golden brown in a 200 degree oven. Let’s not preheat the oven. Let’s weave a cotton cloth on the donuts we bought from the oven. Bon Appetit. 🙂
