Ingredients needed to make vegetarian popsicles

  • Vegetable smoothie mix (3 options below)
  • funnel
  • plastic sleeves
  • Small ties (to tie off the ends of your pops)

1. Berry Red Vegetable Popsicles

This popsicle recipe makes 4-5 popsicle cases

Ingredients needed

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup chopped red chard
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • A banana
  • 1 cup apple juice


  1. Place all the veggies and fruit in a blender along with the apple juice.
  2. Mix until ingredients are smooth.
  3. Fill the pods with the vegetable mixture.
  4. Freeze.

2. Orange Carrot Mango Popsicles

Ingredients needed

  • 1 mango – diced
  • 2 large oranges, peeled
  • 1 cup grated carrots
  • A banana
  • 1 cup orange or apple juice


  1. Blend all the vegetables and fruit along with the juice on medium speed until smooth.
  2. Fill your sleeves with the funnel.
  3. Freeze.

3. Lime Green Popsicles

Ingredients needed

  • juice of 1 lime*
  • 1 cup chopped fresh spinach
  • A banana
  • 1 green apple diced
  • 1 cup apple juice

*My kids love how spicy this recipe is! You can double the lime amount if your kids love sour lime – mine do!


  1. Put all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Fill popsicle molds or pods.
  3. Freeze.
