Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups (355g) Plain Flour

- 200g (1 cup) Csr White Sugar
- 1 tsp (5ml) Queen Flavouring Extract Natural Vanilla
- 1 Egg
- ½ cup (60g) Csr Icing Sugar Pure
- 3 tsp Woolworths Full Cream Milk
- 1 pkt Sshmallows White Mini Marshmallows 100g
- 1 pkt Allen’s Snakes Alive 200g bag
- 1 pkt Cadbury Baking Milk Chocolate Melts 225g
- 1 Black edible food pen
Method
1. In a large bowl, sift the flour, baking powder and salt together. Whisk to mix and set aside.
2. In an electric mixer with paddle attachment attached, cream butter and sugar until soft and pale (about 5 minutes). Beat it with the vanilla bean paste. Beat the egg.
3. Add flour mixture and mix on low speed until well combined.
4. Divide the dough into two equal parts. Flatten each section onto a disk and wrap it well with plastic wrap. Chill for about 45 minutes.
5. Preheat your oven to 170 ° C (conventional).
6. Remove and unpack a disc. Roll out the dough about 5 cm thick on a lightly floured work surface. Using a 7 cm round cutter, cut as many circles as possible.
