Anchovy Bird Ingredients
40 anchovy
3 sprigs of spring onions
30 leaves of mint
12 sprigs of parsley
The ball of 15 cloves
1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Salt
Black pepper
Ingredients for frying anchovies
1 glass of cornmeal
Sunflower oil

Arugula
Chop the fresh onion, parsley and fresh mint finely with a knife . Beat the cloves and sesame in a mortar. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil in it so that it is not too dry. Flavor the finely chopped fresh herbs with salt, pepper, and a mixture of cloves and sesame that you pounded in a mortar.
Apply this mixture on one of the cleaned and deboned anchovies and cover with another anchovy.
After preparing all the anchovies in this way, dip them in corn flour and fry them in shallow oil that you heated in a pan. If you wish, you can also fry the anchovies by leaving them empty and seasoning them with salt and pepper.
