Anchovy Oven

Anchovy Bakery Ingredients

1/2 kg. anchovy
2 onions
7-8 cloves of garlic
1/2 glass of olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
Paprika flakes
Salt and pepper

Anchovy clean the bones. Wash with plenty of water, drain well and salt a little.

Cut the onions into rings. Peel the garlic and leave it whole.

Oil your baking dish. Arrange the onions you cut into rings on the bottom of the bowl. Fill in the gaps left by the onion rings with garlic. Arrange the fillet-shaped anchovies on it so that they do not overlap. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Drizzle the juice of 1 lemon over it and brush 1/2 tea glass of olive oil on the fish with a brush.

Bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes. Serve hot.
