500 gr. anchovies
2 eggs
5 spring onions
1 handful of parsley
1 handful of dill
1 tablespoon of cornmeal
1 tablespoon of flour
1 handful of chopped walnuts
1 teaspoon of paprika
½ teaspoon of cumin
Salt and pepper
Oil for cooking

Clean the heads and bones of the anchovies. Wash thoroughly, drain the water and chop finely.

Chop the scallions, dill and parsley finely.

Crack the eggs in a large bowl and whisk. Add spring onions, dill, parsley, walnuts and anchovies and mix. Season with paprika, cumin, salt and pepper. Add flour and cornmeal to give consistency.

Heat the oil in the pan. Pour the mixture you prepared and cook it on both sides like an omelet. Sprinkle with cornmeal while turning it.

You can also pour all the ingredients into a baking dish and bake in the oven.
