Ingredients for Apple Puff Pastry Cookies Recipe

  • 6 sheets of puff pastry dough
  • 2 apples
  • Half a glass of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of crushed walnuts

  • Powdered sugar

How to Make Apple Puff Pastry Cookies

  • Peel and grate the apples. Fry the grated apples in a pan with granulated sugar on medium heat until the apples absorb their juices.
  • Then add the cinnamon and walnuts, mix them and take them off the stove and leave to cool.
  • Put the applesauce inside the puff pastry sheets and close them by joining them in the middle in the form of an envelope.
  • Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven until golden brown.
  • After it is taken out of the oven and the room cools down, it is served by sprinkling powdered sugar on it.
