Artichoke Ingredients with Olive Oil

Materials for Artichokes

6 artichokes
Water
Juice and rind of 1 lemon
1 tablespoon of flour

Ingredients for Cooking Artichokes

½ cup of olive oil
1 medium onion – finely chopped
Salt
White pepper
1 glass of water

Ingredients for Stuffing

2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 medium potato – diced into small cubes
1 large carrots – diced into small cubes
1 glass of peas
Salt
White pepper
1 teaspoon of granulated sugar
½ glass of water
½ piece orange juice

Topping Ingredients

Dill

For artichokes;

Take your artichokes in a mixing bowl.
Add enough water to cover them.
Take the flour, lemon juice and peels of your lemons into it.
Mix and let stand.

To cook the artichokes;

Add olive oil to a flat pan and heat it.
Add the finely chopped onion into your heated pan and cook it until it softens.< br/> Arrange your artichokes on top of the onion as a bowl.
Sprinkle salt and white pepper on it.
Add water to it and close the lid and let it cook for 20-25 minutes on medium heat.

For the stuffing;

Put a separate pan on the stove, add olive oil and add the potatoes.
When your potatoes get a light color, add the carrots and peas.
Add salt, white pepper and granulated sugar and mix.

To combine;

Pour the remaining onion on top of your artichoke bowls.
Then divide the stuffing you have prepared on them.
Squeeze the juice of your oranges and let your artichokes Drizzle over it.
Drizzle a little olive oil over it, close the lid again, and cook on low heat until your artichokes are tender.
Serve by sprinkling finely chopped dill on top of your artichokes.
