How to make Badambura?
- Heat the milk in a saucepan. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Mix the milk and yeast and wait for 10 minutes to activate.
- Take the flour in a bowl. Add eggs, sour cream, milk and butter and knead. When it gets a soft dough consistency, leave the dough to ferment for about 2 hours.
- For the filling, lightly roast the almonds in a pan. Grind the Adams while they are warm, add the powdered sugar and cardamom into it.
- Make 10 meringues from the fermented dough. It opens on the flour-sprinkled counter. Stack each meringue on top of each other, but butter them in between.
- Roll the dough and slice into two finger-thick slices. Fill the sliced dough with mortar and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar when it comes out of the oven. Enjoy your meal.
