Chicken Ingredients with Baked Vegetables

2 chicken breasts
2 – 3 tablespoons of olive oil
Juice of ½ lemon

Ingredients for Vegetables

1 zucchini
1 green pepper
1 eggplant
1 carrot
1 onion
1 potato
4 cloves of garlic
1 glass of peas
Salt
Black pepper
Cumin
Dried mint
Paprika
Dried thyme
2 – 3 tablespoons olive oil

For chickens;

Take your chickens on your cutting board and chop them into big cubes.
Put your pan on the stove and heat it.
Inside your heated pan add olive oil, add the chickens and sauté.
When your chickens turn brown all over, turn off the stove and squeeze the lemon juice.

For vegetables;

Separate the core of the zucchini.
Chop the shelled parts into large cubes.
Slice the green pepper.
Large eggplant Cut into cubes.
Slice the carrot thinly.
Chop the onion coarsely.
Slice the garlic coarsely.
Put all the chopped vegetables in your oven bag.
Top with peas, salt, pepper, Add cumin, dried mint, cayenne pepper, dried thyme and olive oil and mix everything.
Add the chickens and mix.
Then tie the bag and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
