- 200 g ground beef
- 200 g chicken meat
- 50 g grated cheddar cheese
- 3 lemons

- 2 slices of stale bread

How to Make Lemon Meatballs in the Oven?
- Wash and dry the lemons. Slice into thin rings. Soak the bread in water and squeeze it in your hand. Take the ground beef and chicken in a bowl, add cheese, bread crumbs, grated lemon peel, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, salt and pepper and knead.
- Cut walnut-sized pieces from the meatball mortar you prepared and roll them in your hand. Dip the meatballs first in the egg yolk, then in the breadcrumbs.
- Oil the baking tray and arrange the meatballs. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes. Arrange the lemon slices side by side on the serving plate. Place the meatballs on it and serve.
