Baked Schnitzel Ingredients

2 chicken breasts

Ingredients for Buttermilk

1 glass of cream – 200 ml.
¼ water glass of milk
1 zest of lemon
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tablespoon of grape vinegar
Salt
Black pepper

Ingredients for Dipping

100 gr. panko – thick bread crumbs
3 – 4 cloves of garlic
100 gr. parmesan or aged cheddar cheese– grater
2 tablespoons of ground red pepper
Salt
Black pepper

To cut your chicken;

Make a scratch on the side of your chicken with your knife and cut it by continuing.
Thus, you will have 2 slices of 1 slice of chicken.
Prepare the other chicken in the same way and keep it aside.
A total of 4 slices of 2 slices of chicken You will get chicken.

For Buttermilk;

In a mixing bowl, mix cream, milk, lemon zest, lemon juice, grape vinegar, salt and pepper using a whisk.
Put your prepared chicken in your buttermilk mortar and let it sit for 10 minutes.

For the batter;

In a large rectangular bowl, add panko, crushed garlic, parmesan grated with the fine side of a grater, ground red pepper, salt and pepper and mix.

To combine;

Cover your chickens that you have taken out of the Buttermilk mortar with the mixture you prepared so that it is smeared all over.
Place the wire in your baking tray and place your prepared chickens on the wire.< Bake in a preheated oven at br/> 200 degrees for 25 minutes.
