4 tablespoons of granulated sugar
1 egg
1 water each glass of flour and milk
3/4 glass of oil
1 packet of vanilla
1 teaspoon of baking powder
For serving:
Chocolate and raspberry sauce
< br/> Beat the egg with a whisk. Add the other ingredients and beat with a mixer for 10 minutes. Rest for 20 minutes in a warm environment. Cook one ladle of the mixture you have prepared in a waffle maker or a non-stick frying pan so that both sides are browned. Serve with raspberry and chocolate sauce.
