Biscuit Bread (Biscuit) Ingredients

Ingredients for Creamy Milk (Buttermilk)

½ glass of milk
1 glass of cream
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of vinegar

Ingredients for the Bread Mix

2 glasses of flour – 230 g.
½ tablespoon of baking powder
½ teaspoon of baking soda
½ tablespoon of granulated sugar
130 gr. butter – cold and sliced ​​in cubes
1 glass of cream milk (buttermilk)

Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, granulated sugar, salt and cold butter that you cut into small cubes to the bowl of your shredder and mix it to a light sand consistency with large pieces of butter in between. Mix until it comes together. Shape it into a rectangular shape and roll it out to a thickness of 3 cm.
Cut 5 circles with a 6 cm round mold.
Put the biscuits you prepared on a baking tray with greaseproof paper and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 15 – 20 minutes.< br/> Serve your biscuits warm from the oven.
