Acorn Stew Ingredients

2 bonito, ring slice
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tea glass of water
2-3 large tomatoes
2-3 large onions
3-4 bay leaves
4-5 black peppercorns
½ bunch of parsley leaves
1 lemon

Slice the onion into thick rings.

Peel the skin of the tomatoes and slice them into rings like onions.

Peel the skin of the lemon so that no white parts remain and cut into rings.

Spice the bonito with salt and pepper.

Heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan and add the onions. Close the cover. Fry on low heat, stirring occasionally. When the onions are lightly caramelized, arrange the sliced ​​bonito. Put the laurel, tomato and lemon slices on top and the whole parsley leaves on top. Sprinkle some salt again. Add the peppers.

Add 1 tea glass of water, close the lid and cook on low heat for 30-35 minutes.

After cooking, let it rest for 20 minutes, remove the bay leaf and serve.
