Meat Bread Ingredients
400 gr. fatty ground beef
1 large onion
1 tomato
1 green pepper
Salt
Black pepper
1 handful of parsley
Materials for the dough
500 gr. flour
15 gr. fresh yeast
2 glasses of warm water
Salt
Materials for Rolling
1 glass of flour
For the dough;
Dissolve the yeast in water, combine with flour and salt and knead.
When your dough becomes smooth, divide it into 8 equal parts and leave it at room temperature for 1 hour. Knead the fermented dough again one by one. Put the dough on your floured counter, put a damp towel on it and leave it for a second time for 10 more minutes.
Chop the onion finely. Chop the tomato into small cubes. Finely chop the parsley.
Add ground beef, onion, tomato, parsley, green pepper, salt and black pepper in a bowl and mix them into a mortar.
Divide the minced meat into 8 parts.< /p>
Preheat your baking tray.
Take one of your fermented dough onto a floured counter and roll it out in a thin and long form and spread it on the dough with minced meat with your hand.
Arrange the meat loaves you prepared on your preheated baking tray. .
Bake in a preheated oven at 250 degrees for 8 – 10 minutes.
