Buckwheat Rice with Mushrooms

Buckwheat Rice with Mushroom Ingredients

2 glasses of buckwheat – grecka
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of butter
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
15 – 20 mushrooms
2.5 glasses of chicken stock
1 glass of water
Black pepper
Dried mint

Buckwheat Put it in a mixing bowl and add enough hot water to cover it and let it sit for a maximum of 30 minutes.
Put the rice pot on the stove and heat it.
Add olive oil and butter.
Add the finely chopped onion and start sautéing.< br/> Finely chop the garlic and continue sautéing.
Add the finely chopped mushrooms and continue sautéing.
Add the drained buckwheat, salt and pepper and fry for 1-2 minutes.
Then chicken broth. Add water and add water and mix.
Close the lid of the pot and cook on medium heat until the water boils, then cook on low heat until the water evaporates.
Close the lid and cover it with a kitchen towel and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Serve hot.
