Ingredients for Cabbage Wrap with Radish


  • 8 cabbage leaves

For the stuffing

  • 100 g shallots
  • 400 g red radish
  • 1 cayenne pepper
  • 100 g crumbled bread crumbs
  • 5 dishes spoon of grated hard goat cheese
  • Salt

For the topping

  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Parmesan cheese

How to Make Cabbage Wrap with Radish?

Saute the shallot, finely chopped radish and cayenne pepper in olive oil. Add the bread crumbs, goat cheese and salt. Mix and remove from the stove. Boil the cabbage leaf and lightly crush the veined parts. Divide the mortar into the leaves, roll them up and put them in a baking dish. Brush them with olive oil and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 20 minutes. Serve hot.
