Kandil Bagel Ingredients
Ingredients for Dough
4 glasses of flour
1 packet of baking powder
1 tablespoon of granulated sugar< br/> 1 tablespoon of mahlep
1 pinch of salt
250 gr. butter – melted
½ cup of sunflower oil
2 heaped tablespoons of yogurt

Yolk of 1 egg
White of 1 egg
For the dough;
Add flour, baking powder, granulated sugar, mahaleb and salt into a mixing bowl and mix Mix well with a fork. .
Let the dough you prepared rest for 10 minutes.
Break off walnut-sized pieces from the dough you have rested.
Make long strips with your hands and turn them into a bagel shape.

Brush egg white on the bagels you want to sprinkle sesame seeds on, and egg yolk on the bagels you want to sprinkle black cumin seeds on.
