Ingredients for the Celery Salad Recipe

  • 2 large celery
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • Powdered red pepper

For the topping:

  • 3 green peppers
  • 2 sprigs of parsley
  • Fresh Mint Leaves

How to Make Celery Salad

  • Peel and grate the celery. Take olive oil, lemon juice, mayonnaise and red pepper in a bowl and mix.
  • Pour over the celery. Clean and finely chop the bell peppers.
  • Wash and chop the parsley and mint. Take the celery salad on a serving plate.
  • Decorate with finely chopped green pepper, parsley and mint leaves and serve. Enjoy.
  • While preparing the salad, instead of using raw celery, you can use boiled celery.
  • If you are going to boil celery, you can remove the smell by adding a few drops of lemon juice to the water.
  • Peeled walnuts in the salad.
