Materials for Plasticine
150 gr. margarine – at room temperature
1 packet of baking powder
1 packet of vanilla
¾ glass of semolina
4 tablespoons of powdered sugar
1 glass of water walnuts – finely ground
3 glasses of flour
Ingredients for Sherbet
3.5 glasses of water
3.5 glasses of granulated sugar
5 – 6 drops of lemon juice
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon sunflower oil
For the sherbet;
Add water and granulated sugar to a sauce pan.
Put it on the stove and melt the granulated sugar by mixing it well.
Bring your sherbet to a good boil and add lemon juice before removing it from the stove. Add water and mix.
Then put it in a mixing bowl and let it cool.
For the dough;
Add margarine, eggs, semolina, powdered sugar, finely ground walnuts, baking powder and vanilla in a mixing bowl at room temperature and gradually add flour. Knead it.
When you get a soft dough, break off pieces that will be slightly larger than walnuts and roll them out.
Arrange the ready walnut pieces in your rectangular glass baking dish.
Put the whole walnuts on them and press them.
Mix egg yolk and sunflower oil in a mixing bowl and brush the edges of the walnut pieces with the help of a brush.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25 – 30 minutes.
Pour the syrup over your dessert and serve when your dessert gets syrupy. .
