Cheese and Sausage Bun Ingredients
125 gr. butter – melted
1 glass of sunflower oil
1 glass of yogurt
1 egg white
1 packet of baking powder
5 glasses of water flour

1 baton string cheese
1 finger of sausage

Put all liquids in a mixing bowl and mix well.
Then sift the flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
Add to the liquid mixture and knead until all ingredients are well mixed.
When your dough is ready, take the walnut-sized dough in your hands and roll it in your hands to be thin and long.
Then place the shredded tongue cheese, small cubed sausages and fresh thyme leaves on it and close it on another dough that has been rolled out in the same way and roll it around itself. Turn it into a ball.
Place the dough you prepared in your muffin tin and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
