Ingredients for Nachos with Lavash and Cheese

Ingredients for Lavash Chips

10 small pieces of lavash bread – tortilla
5 – 6 tablespoons of olive oil
2 pinches of dried thyme
2 pinches of ground red pepper
2 pinches of dried mint
2 pinches of dried thyme
2 pinches of garlic powder
2 pinches of salt
2 pinches of black pepper

Ingredients for Nachos

2 cups of Mexican beans – boiled
10 – 12 pickled jalapenos
1 cup of boiled corn

Ingredients for Cheese Sauce

½ cup of cream – 100 ml.
1 cup of cheddar cheese – grater
1 cup of cheddar cheese – grater

Materials for the Top

1 – 2 sprigs of spring onions

For lavash chips;

Divide your lavash into four as triangles.< br/> Mix paprika, ground red pepper, dried mint, dried thyme, garlic powder, salt, black pepper and olive oil in a mixing bowl.
Put the lavash in it and mix.
Oven t Place them in the epsis so that they do not overlap.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10 – 12 minutes.
Arrange the cooked lavash chips on the serving plate.

For Nachos;

Mix boiled Mexican beans, pickled jalapeno and boiled corn in a mixing bowl.

For the cheese sauce;

Take the cream in your sauce pan and heat it.
Add the grated cheese into the heated cream and mix with a whisk.

To combine;

Pour the bean mixture over the nachos on the serving plate.
Pour the cheese sauce you prepared over the nachos and sprinkle with finely chopped spring onions.
