Cheese Pastry Recipe
First of all, Let’s prepare the cheese mortar, first of all, let’s remove the parsley and wash it. Afterwards, let’s clean it from the water (we can wrap the parsley in a paper kitchen towel) and chop it thinly on the cutting board. Let’s take it in a large bowl, add the cheese on it and mix it well and set it aside.
Let’s add the flour, salt and baking powder to the dough mixing bowl and mix it with our hands. Next, let’s open the middle of the flour like a pool. Take the egg, yogurt, margarine and oil. Let’s knead it and when it comes to a consistency, let’s break off orange-sized pieces from the dough. Let’s open the pieces we cut off with our hands, let’s put enough mortar inside. Let’s close it by pulling it right on the top, and put it on a greased tray. Let’s brush it with egg yolk and sprinkle black cumin seeds on it. Let’s keep them at 180 degrees until they are golden brown. Bon appetit
