Ingredients (for 6 persons)
150 g flour
75 g cold margarine
4-5 tablespoons of cold water
1 pinch salt
100 g white cheese
100 g tulum cheese
200 g cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon flour
2 eggs
1 tablespoon sunflower oil

Pastry Recipe
Crush the flour and margarine with your fingertips and pour cold water add and knead. Rest for 1 hour in the refrigerator. Whisk the flour, egg and sunflower oil in a deep bowl and grate the cheese on it and mix. Place the rested dough into the tart mold with your hand and pierce the base with a fork in several places. Pour the cheese mixture over the dough. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 25 minutes until golden brown. Slice and serve.
