Cheese Ravioli

Ingredients for the Cheese Ravioli Recipe

For the dough:

  • 3 eggs
  • 2.5 cups of flour
  • 1- 2 tablespoons of water
  • 1 teaspoon of salt


  • 200 g of feta cheese
  • Half a bunch of parsley

For the sauce:

  • 1 bowl of cherry tomatoes
  • 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • Salt
  • Basil

How to Make Ravioli with Cheese?

< ul>Put the flour in the dough mixing bowl. Make a well in the middle and add the eggs. Add salt and 1-2 spoons of water and knead until smooth. Wrap the dough in cling film and let it rest for 10 minutes. Wash and dry the tomatoes and cut them in half. Peel and slice the garlic. Take the olive oil in a pan. Add the garlic and sauté. Add the tomatoes, salt and basil and cook, stirring, for 3-4 minutes. Sprinkle flour on the floor. Open the dough a little with a rolling pin and roll it out with a rolling pin until it reaches the thickness of the ravioli dough. Crush the cheese. Chop the parsley and mix it with the cheese. Take one teaspoon each of the mixture and place them in half of the dough at intervals. Fold the remaining half of the dough over the side with the ingredients. Make squares by cutting crosswise and lengthwise with the dough cutter. Boil plenty of water in a saucepan and add salt and little oil. Put the dough in boiling water and boil for 10 minutes. Take it in a colander and distribute it on the serving plates. Pour the tomato sauce over them and serve hot.
