Cherry Sorbet Ingredients
2 liters of water
1 glass of granulated sugar
7 – 8 cloves
1 cinnamon stick
1 piece of fresh ginger
500 gr. sour cherry
Juice of 1 – 2 lemons
Add water, granulated sugar, cinnamon, cloves and ginger to your pot and put them on the stove.
Mix until the granulated sugar dissolves and let it boil.
When your water boils, put it in it. Add your cherries and continue boiling.
If your sherbet foams up, you can remove the foam.
When your cherries are soft, turn off the stove and add lemon juice and let it cool.
When your sherbet comes to room temperature, strain it with the help of a strainer and transfer it to a jug. Chill in the refrigerator.
Serve cold.
