Cherry Sorbet

Cherry Sorbet Ingredients

2 liters of water
1 glass of granulated sugar
7 – 8 cloves
1 cinnamon stick
1 small piece fresh ginger
500 gr. sour cherry
Juice of 1 – 2 lemons

Add water, granulated sugar, cinnamon, cloves and ginger to your pot and put them on the stove.
Mix until the granulated sugar dissolves.
Add your sour cherries to it and bring it to a boil. After boiling over the fire, cook it on low heat.
If your sherbet foams up, you can remove the foams.
When your cherries are soft, turn off the stove and add lemon juice and let it cool.
When your sherbet comes to room temperature, strain it with the help of a strainer and pour it into a jug. transfer and cool in the refrigerator.
Serve cold.
