1.5 cups of rice
1 chicken breast

Wash and dry half a glass of rice. Crush well in a rondo or a mortar.
Take half of 350 g of fresh cream. On the other hand, roast your chicken breast with the inner fat on the back of the chicken. Knead well by adding finely grated onion, 1 egg, 2 spoons of semolina, separated fresh cream and salt.
Cover the inside of a hollow bowl that can go into the oven with fresh cream, separate a lump from this prepared mortar and place it in the bowl with the help of your hand. Give shape.
Separate 6 sheets from the remaining mortar for decoration and open with the help of a round lid on a greased foil.

Pour this half-cooked rice into the mortar you have laid and cover it with the mortar lid you opened by hand.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes, with 6 ornamental leaves made of mortar, by brushing only the white of an egg left on it. When cooked, turn it upside down on a serving plate. Garnish with leaves and yellow grapes. Serve slices.
