- 1 egg

How to Make Chicken Meat Puff Pastry.
- Place the puff pastry on a baking paper lined tray. Leave 2 cm from the edges and draw a square shape inside with the tip of the knife.
- Beat the egg with water, brush it on the dough and bake it in the oven set at 200 degrees until golden brown.
- After removing it from the oven, cut out the remaining square on the inside and leave it to cool. Boil the chicken and shred it into small pieces.
- Chop the onion into cubes and fry in olive oil until golden brown. Add the chopped red pepper, chicken meat and parsley and sauté for 3 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper. Add flour on the meat and continue to fry until it turns yellow.
- Add the cream little by little, mix and remove the pot from the stove. Divide the mixture into the puff pastry, garnish with parsley and serve hot. Bon appetit.
