700 Gr. Chicken breast

2 Pieces Small onion
2 Pieces Green pepper
2 Pieces Red pepper
1 Bunch of parsley
1 Water glass of oil
1 Bowl of flour
2 Cloves of garlic

Cut into two finger thicknesses Chicken pieces are washed in slightly salted water and cooked by adding water.
The zucchini and potatoes (can be used for carrots) are finely chopped with a paring knife. Onions and garlic are finely grated.
Boiled chickens are separated from fiber to fiber. The parsley and peppers are finely chopped and all these ingredients are mixed by adding spices.
On another plate, the remaining chicken broth is whisked with 1 bowl of flour and egg, poured on this mixture in a thick way and mixed thoroughly.
1 glass of oil is put in a teflon pan, these ingredients are put into the frying oil with a tablespoon and fried. Take it on a paper towel.
The salad is prepared and served.
Note: When you reheat the fried chicken; If you don’t want it to lose its flavor, put the chicken pieces in a strainer. Boil water in the pot and place the strainer on it. Steamed chicken does not lose any of its flavor.
