Chicken Soup with Noodles Ingredients
Ingredients for Boiling Chicken
2 bay leaves
Juice of ½ lemon
Salt
Black pepper
5 – 6 glasses of water
Ingredients for Soup
2 chicken thighs with bones – boiled
3 glasses of chicken stock
4 glasses of water
½ glass of barley vermicelli
Salt
Black pepper
Ingredients for Seasoning
1 egg yolk
½ lemon juice
1 tablespoon of flour
Topping Ingredients
Dill
Boil the chicken in a saucepan and drain.
Set aside the drained chicken broth.
Then add the chicken stock and water that you reserved and let it boil.
Shred the boiled chicken.
Add the barley vermicelli, salt and shredded chicken to the pot and let it boil.
Mix the ingredients.
Warm the seasoning with 1 ladle of water from the soup and add it to the soup by mixing it.
Boil one more time. After cooking the scallops, turn off the heat.
Serve hot by sprinkling finely chopped dill on top.
