Chicken Potatoes Ingredients

Materials for Potatoes

3 potatoes
4 – 5 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of thyme
1 teaspoon of chili flakes

Materials for the Styrofoam

1 onion
1 green bell pepper
1 red capia pepper< br/> 1 chicken breast
2 cloves of garlic
Salt
Black pepper
1 tomato
Dried mint
Chili flakes

Ingredients for Béchamel Sauce

1 tablespoon of butter
1 tablespoon of flour
1 glass of milk
Salt
White pepper
Nutmeg – grater

Topping Ingredients

Make sure your potatoes are as equal in size as possible.
Divide your potatoes in half straight upright.
Remove some of the middle parts of your potatoes with the help of a spoon.

For Béchamel;

Add the flour and fry it.
Then add the milk, stirring constantly. Add and mix.
Add salt, white pepper and grated nutmeg and mix.

To combine;

Divide the chicken stuffing you have prepared into the potatoes you have taken out of the oven.

Meanwhile, we chop the onions, peppers, chicken, tomatoes, and garlic one by one, and roast them one by one.
Add tomato paste and spices to the roasted stuffing, and fry them.
We fill the inside of the potatoes we take from the oven with mortar.< br/> Take butter and flour in a pan and fry it, add milk to the roasted flour, mix it and cook it until it boils.
Salt and pepper are added to the cooked béchamel sauce and added to the potatoes, we add the cheddar and put it in the oven.
When the cheddar is browned, your meal is ready. it means.
