Chicken Tray Kebab Ingredients
1 kg boneless chicken thigh
8 – 10 cloves of garlic
10 – 15 cloves of shallots
3 – 4 tomatoes
6 – 7 village peppers
Ingredients for the sauce
1 tablespoon of sweet pepper paste
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
1 glass of water< br/> Salt
Black pepper
Paprika flakes
Dried thyme
Materials for the Top
100 gr. butter
Chop your chicken into large cubes.
Grease your rectangular glass baking dish with butter.
Spread the diced chickens in the oiled glass baking dish, not overlapping each other. If your garlic is large, cut it in half, if it is large, sprinkle it between the chickens.
Arrange the shallots, coarsely chopped peppers and quartered tomatoes over the chickens.
For the sauce; h3>
Mix tomato paste, salt, black pepper, dried thyme and red pepper flakes in a mixing bowl and pour over the chicken.
Place the butter piece by piece all over the tray.
40 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees cook it.
Serve hot.
