Chicken Tray Kebab Ingredients

Butter
4 chicken thighs on the bone
7 – 8 small tomatoes
10 – 15 shallots
7 – 8 cloves of garlic
4 – 5 village peppers

Ingredients for the sauce

1 tablespoon of sweet pepper paste
1 tablespoon of tomato paste< br/> 1 – 1.5 glasses of water
Salt
Black pepper
1 pinch of paprika
1 pinch of dried thyme

Ingredients for the topping

2 – 3 tablespoons of butter – 40 gr.

Lubricate your rectangular glass baking tray with butter.
Peel your chickens off the bones and dice them into small cubes.
Spread the chopped chickens on your greased baking tray so that they do not overlap.
Cut your tomatoes in half and place them on the tray.< br/> Arrange the shallots on the tray.
If your garlic is large, cut it in half, if it is large, sprinkle it between the chickens as whole.
Arrange the coarsely chopped peppers on the chickens.

Put tomato paste, water in a mixing bowl Mix the thyme, salt, pepper, dried thyme and cayenne pepper and pour over the chicken.
Place the butter piece by piece on all sides of the tray.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
Serve hot.
