Ingredients for the Chickpea Salad Recipe

  • 1.5 cups of boiled chickpeas
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 pickled jalapeno

For the sauce

  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons Tahini
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon of cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt

Topped for

  • Fresh thyme

How to Make Chickpea Salad?

  • Chop the vegetables and put them in a deep salad bowl . Add pickled jalapeno and chickpeas and mix. For the sauce; Mix lemon juice, tahini, olive oil, cumin and salt. Pour the dressing over the salad and garnish with fresh thyme leaves.
