Chili Con Carne Lasagna Ingredients

4 long zucchini

Ingredients for the stuffing

2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 piece onion
2 cloves of garlic
250 gr. ground beef
Black pepper
1 teaspoon ground red pepper
1 pinch cumin
1 pinch cinnamon powder
1 chili pepper
1 piece capia pepper
200 gr. Mexican beans
2 tomatoes

Ingredients for the bechamel sauce

2 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons of flour
3 glasses of milk
Black pepper
¼ grated nutmeg

Materials for the top and between

Cheddar cheese – grated

For the zucchini;

Slice your zucchini lengthwise into thin slices.
Put your zucchini pan on the stove and heat it up.
Take the sliced ​​zucchini in your heated pan and cook it on both sides until it becomes soft.
Put the cooked zucchini on a plate and let them sit.

NOTE: You can also use your toaster for this process.

For the stuffing;

Put your pot on the stove and heat it.
Add olive oil and chopped onions to it and sauté until soft.
Finely chop your garlic and add it to your pot.
Add the ground beef, put it on low heat and mix it by crushing.
Salt, black pepper, ground red pepper, cumin and cinnamon powder Add the thyme and mix.
Finely chop the chili pepper and capia pepper and add them to your pot.
When your minced meat is well cooked, add the boiled mexican beans and mix and turn on the stove to high heat.
Then add the diced tomatoes. Add it with its water and mix everything.
Let it simmer for 30 minutes on low heat.

For Béchamel;

Put your sauce pot on the stove and heat it.
Add the butter and melt it.
Add the flour on it and smell the flour with a whisk Fry until it comes out.
Add milk to the roasted flour and mix.
Add salt, black pepper and nutmeg grated and cook, stirring constantly, until it thickens.

To assemble;

Pour bechamel onto the bottom of your 25×25 cm glass baking dish.
Arrange the zucchini you have seen in a single layer.
Drizzle with the chili con carne you prepared on top and sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese.
Arrange zucchini again and pour bechamel on top.
Prepare in the same way until all the ingredients are used up.
Pour bechamel on the top.< br/> Drizzle grated cheddar cheese on top and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes until cheese melts.
Serve hot.
