90 gr. dark chocolate
5 tablespoons of margarine
half a glass of granulated sugar
1 finger missing from 1 glass of flour
For the topping;
Dark (bitter) chocolate
Preheat the oven at 210 degrees for 10 minutes. Melt the chocolate with the margarine in a bain-marie. Beat eggs and sugar in a separate bowl. Add this to the chocolate. Add flour little by little to the chocolate mixture and mix it at a rapid pace. Pour this mixture into a greased small and round baking dish, cook for about 8-10 minutes. Drizzle the melted chocolate over it. Serve garnished with strawberries.
