Chocolate How to Make a Croissant?

  • The puff pastry dough is taken out of the refrigerator and left outside for 15-20 minutes.
  • The dough is divided into two separate triangles in the middle. A vertical scratch is made on the base of the triangle and the piece of chocolate is placed at the end of the line.
  • The dough is rolled out to the sides and curled on the chocolate and the ready dough is placed on the tray.
  • Egg yolk is applied to each one and baked for 25 minutes at 180 degrees and ready!
