Ingredients for the German Chocolate Cake Recipe


  • 5 glasses of flour
  • 10 g dry yeast

  • 3/4 tea glass of cream
  • Finely ground Pistachios

German with Chocolate How To Make The Cake?

  • For the cake, take the flour in a bowl and mix it with sugar and salt and open the middle like a pool. Add yeast, egg, yoghurt, water, milk and softened butter into it.
  • Take the flour from the sides and add it slowly and knead. Take walnut-sized pieces from the dough and roll them out.
  • Place greaseproof paper on the baking tray and place the dough on the tray by pressing it lightly. Cover it and let it ferment. Bake in the oven set to 175 degrees.
  • For the cream, cook the egg yolk, milk, flour, sugar and vanilla in a saucepan until thickened. Allow to cool, stirring occasionally.
  • Fill the cream into the piping bag. Cut the cakes crosswise in the middle and squeeze the cream inside.
  • Melt the cream and chocolate together. Arrange the tops of the cakes on the wire rack. Drizzle the sauce over them, sprinkle with peanuts and leave to cool. Close the lids of the cooled cakes.
