Chocolate Mousse Ingredients from Chickpea Juice
300 ml. chickpea juice
4 tablespoons of powdered sugar
300 gr. dark chocolate
Melt your chocolate in a bain-marie.
Add chickpea juice into your mixing bowl and beat with a mixer.
Add powdered sugar and continue whisking.
You will get a slightly fluid foam.
Take the chickpea foam into your melted chocolate and mix it with the help of a spatula.
Then add the remaining chickpea foam and mix it by closing it from the outside to the inside.
Take the mousse you prepared into your serving bowls, let it rest for 2 hours and serve.
