Chocolate Unbaked Cheesecake Ingredients
Materials for the Base
2 packs of whole wheat flour biscuits – 260 gr.
2 tablespoons butter – melted< br/> 1 handful of hazelnuts
2 tablespoons of cocoa hazelnut cream
Ingredients for Chocolate Filling
400 gr. hazelnut cream with cocoa
½ cup of powdered sugar
400 gr. Labneh cheese
For the base;
Take the butter in a sauce pan and melt the butter in it.
Put your biscuit in your chopper and grind it until it has the consistency of sand.
br/> Then add the hazelnuts and gently pull.
Add the melted butter and keep stirring.
Finally, add the cocoa hazelnut cream and stir until everything is mixed together.
With 24 cm clamp Place baking paper on the bottom of your cake tin.
Then add the base mortar you prepared into it and press it well.
Keep it in the deep freezer.
For the chocolate filling;
Take the hazelnut cream with cocoa in a mixing bowl and keep it in the refrigerator to cool a little.
Add powdered sugar and labneh cheese to the cooled hazelnut cream. and mix it with a spoon.
Take your cuffed mold out of the freezer, add the chocolate filling on it and spread it well.
Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
