1 turkey
Marinade material:
1 tea glass of soy sauce
half a tea glass of honey
1 tea glass of olive oil
1 lemon (peel very finely chopped)
Ingredients:
3 tea glasses of olive oil
4 tea glasses of onion (chopped piaz)
5 tea glasses of quince (diced)
br/> 2 tea glasses of water
3 tea glasses of carrots (coarsely grated)
4 tea glasses of mushrooms (finely chopped)
3 tea glasses of almonds (blanched coarsely chopped)
Whisk the marinade material. Rub the inside and outside of the turkey with the whisked ingredients. Cover it with foil and let it rest for at least 15 minutes. rest.
