Ingredients for Cinnamon and Dried Fig Cake Recipe

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 glass of milk
  • 1.5 glasses of granulated sugar
  • 1 glass of sunflower oil
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons of cinnamon
  • 3.5 glasses of flour
  • Half water glass of crushed walnuts
  • Half a glass of chopped dried figs

How to Make Cinnamon and Dried Fig Cake?

  • Grassed sugar in a large bowl and beat the eggs with a mixer. Add the milk and sunflower oil and continue whisking.
  • Add flour, baking powder and cinnamon and mix well.
  • Add walnuts and figs and mix. Transfer the dough to the greased cake tin.
  • Bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes. Let it cool and serve.
  • You can also try the banana cake if you wish. Bon appetit.
