Coffee Cake Ingredients

3 eggs
1 glass of granulated sugar
1 glass of sunflower oil
1 glass of filter coffee
2, 5 cups of flour
½ cup of cocoa
1 pack of baking powder
1 pack of vanilla
½ cup of chocolate chips

Ingredients for Ganache

100 ml. cream
¼ cup of filter coffee
½ cup of white chocolate

For the cake;

Brew filter coffee.
Eggs and Beat the granulated sugar.
Add sunflower oil and the coffee you brewed on it and continue whisking.
Take the flour, cocoa, baking powder and vanilla into a sieve and add them into the liquid mixture. Mix it by covering it from outside to inside with the help of a spatula.
Grease your cake mold and pour your cake mortar into it.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.

For the ganache;

Put your sauce pot on the stove, add the cream and heat it.
Add filter coffee on it and mix.
Add the white chocolate. Remove from the stove and continue mixing.
Serve by drizzling over the cake you have taken out of the oven and turned upside down.
