Cold Baklava Ingredients

20 – 25 phyllo dough for baklava

Ingredients for Sherbet

2.5 cups of granulated sugar
1 ,5 glasses of water
3 glasses of milk

Ingredients for Clarified Oil

300 – 350 gr. butter

Ingredients for the topping

2 – 3 glasses of rice and pistachios

Ingredients for the topping

1 tablespoon of cocoa< br/> 80 gr. chocolate – grater

For sherbet;

Add granulated sugar, water and milk to a sauce pan.
Put it on the stove and mix it with a whisk until the sugar dissolves. Let it boil.
Boil your sherbet for 5-10 minutes and put it in a mixing bowl and let it cool.

For clarified butter;

Take the butter in a pan and melt it.
Set aside the foamy layer on the melted butter with a spoon.
Strain the clarified butter into a mixing bowl without mixing the milk mixture at the bottom.

For the Baklava;

Cut your baklava dough into the size of a 25×35 cm rectangular metal tray you will use and cover them with a cloth to prevent them from drying out.
lubricate with plain oil that you have prepared with the help of plain oil.
Make a base by patching the pieces you cut and lubricating the spaces between them.
When the pieces are finished, cool them from 4-5 whole baklava phyllo and grease the spaces between them.
Grease the top and spread the pistachios.
Stack the remaining phyllo on top of the pistachios in the same way, greasing between them.
Press the edges of your baklava down with the help of a spatula.
Your ready baklava is 5×5 cm with the help of a knife. Cut into squares in size.
Spread the remaining oil on it and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.

* Make sure the gold is cooked thoroughly.

< h3>To combine;
Use a ladle to use the syrup you have prepared for your baklava. Sprinkle the cocoa over your baklava by sifting it through a sieve and first at room temperature, then put it in the fridge and leave it to cool for 2 hours.
Sprinkle the grated chocolate on your baklava.
Serve by decorating each slice with powdered pistachios.
