Creamy Cauliflower Soup Ingredients
1 tablespoon of butter
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 onion
1 carrot
1 potato
750 gr. cauliflower
1 teaspoon of cumin
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of black pepper
5 glasses of water
½ glass of cream

After cleaning the green parts of the cauliflower, cut it into small pieces with the help of a knife.
Put your pot on the stove and heat it.
Add butter and olive oil.
Then put the finely chopped onion in the pot and sauté until soft.
Add the carrots and potatoes cut into small cubes into the softened onions and fry them.
Add salt and pepper and add 2-3 Mix for a minute.
Add the cauliflower and mix.
Add salt, pepper and cumin and stir for 5-6 minutes.
