Creamed Chicken Meatball Ingredients
Ingredients for Meatballs
3 chicken breasts
2 sprigs of spring onions
4 – 5 sprigs of parsley
2 cloves of garlic
½ cup of bread crumbs – panko
1 teaspoon of paprika
1 teaspoon of powdered turmeric
1 teaspoon of curry powder
Salt
Black pepper
1 – 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Ingredients for the Sauce
2 – 3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 onion
15 – 20 mushrooms
1 tablespoon of butter
300 ml. cream – 1.5 cups
Salt
Black Pepper
For the meatballs;
Chop the chicken breasts into cubes.
Your Rondo Add chopped chicken, spring onion, parsley, garlic, bread crumbs, chili pepper, powdered turmeric, powdered curry, salt and pepper and grind until they become ground beef.
Make walnut-sized round meatballs from your ready-made meatballs.
Put your pan on the stove and heat it up.
Take the meatballs in the pan and cook them on all sides.
Add olive oil close to taking it from the stove and turn it over.
Set your cooked meatballs aside.
For the sauce;
Add olive oil to the pan where you made the meatballs.
Add the finely chopped onions to your pan and cook until they soften.
Then Add the finely chopped mushrooms and mix them.
When the mushrooms absorb their water, add butter and cream and mix.
Add salt and black pepper and mix.
Add the cooked meatballs into your sauce and cook for another 10-15 minutes and serve.
