Crispy Chicken Ingredients
Ingredients for Marinade
1 glass of water
1 tablespoon of granulated sugar
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 drops of apple cider vinegar
1 slice of ginger
1 sprig of spring onion
2 boneless chicken thighs
Ingredients for the sauce
100 gr. granulated sugar – ¾ cup
1 cup of water
¼ cup of apple cider vinegar
¼ cup of soy sauce
1 star anise
Ingredients for Breading
3 tablespoons of flour
Ground red pepper
< h3>For marinade;
Add water, granulated sugar, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, grated ginger and finely chopped spring onion into a mixing bowl and mix with a whisk.
Cut the oily parts with a knife.
Then add your chicken into the sauce and let it sit for 1 hour.
For the sauce;
Add granulated sugar, water, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce and star anise into your pot and put your pot on the stove.
With a silicone whisk. mix and let it boil by lowering the heat slightly.
Mix your slightly fluid sauce and cover the bottom of the sauce.
Take your ready sauce in a sauce pot.
Crack the eggs into a glass baking dish and whisk them.
Flour, salt, ground garlic, ground red pepper in a separate glass baking dish and pepper and mix.
Dip your marinated chickens in flour first.
Then dip them in eggs.
Add a few spoons of the beaten egg to the flour mixture and mix until it becomes a little lumpy.
Flour the chickens in it and dip them all over.
Take your pan to the stove and add sunflower oil and heat it up.
Put the chickens you dipped in flour into the hot oil and cook them until they are browned on all sides.
Cooked chickens on a towel Remove it on paper.
Take your chickens on a serving plate and pour the sauce you prepared on them and serve.
