Crispy Salmon Ingredients with Parmesan
4 slices of salmon fillet with skin
200 gr. butter – to make clarification
1 glass of panko – roasted
1 tablespoon of ground red pepper
1 handful of powdered parmesan
Take your pan to the stove, put the butter in it and let the butter melt slowly over low heat. provide. After the butter melts completely, turn off the heat and let the milky part sink to the bottom and the foam part stay on top. Gently remove the foamy part with the help of your spoon. Then slowly transfer the clarified butter into a bowl without mixing the milky part.
Make a couple of shallow vertical scratches on the top of your salmon. Mix panko, powdered parmesan and powdered red pepper in a plate. Dip the skinless parts of the salmon into the panko mixture you prepared. Put 2-3 tablespoons of the plain oil you prepared. Cook the skinless part of the salmon for 1-2 minutes first. Then cook the skin part on the stove for 1-2 minutes, bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 8-10 minutes and serve.
